Foresight WebManager

This its a idea for a new project of foresight.

The idea its make a tool for a developer process "kick Ass\!" how it ? solving some problems on development process

| Manage Metadata info of packages | make a webapp for users/community can submit information: summary, description, category(categories can solve a group ) and url for each packages on repository. Add a small API on webapp can get metadata and commit to packages on repository |
| Users/developers can notify about new packages on repo(or packages without added groups) or orphans on some label | Make a webapp can select packages on repos what not on group( usually packages on fl:2-devel ) |
| Release Discover | A small notification of packages what needs update |
| For each Package can submit a bug | do a webapp and jira integration so we can get all issues for package (we dont need another FITS only a small issues group by package) |
| Packages by Developer | we need that ? i think a package by user(community) and developer mentor can apply changes on packages |
