basic fl:2 workflow (draft)

put package in fl:devel (to be ACLed in rBO to accept just :source commits) 

cvc promote PKG:source=ORIGINAL_REPO@ORIGINAL:LABEL ORIGINAL_REPO@ORIGINAL:LABEL--/foresight.rpath.org@fl:devel -m 'promote for fl:devel'

shadow pkg to 2-devel branch

cvc shadow foresight.rpath.org@fl:2-devel   PKG:source=foresight.rpath.org@fl:devel

(...)

once PKGNAME is stabilized, and commits are back into rBO, we clone changes to upstream fl:devel

 cvc promote PKG:source=foresight.rpath.org@fl:2-devel PKG:source=foresight.rpath.org@fl:2-devel--/foresight.rpath.org@fl:devel -m 'promote changes back for fl:devel'

after that we will want to get it into fl:2-qa

cvc promote PKG:source=foresight.rpath.org@fl:devel PKG:source=foresight.rpath.org@fl:devel--/foresight.rpath.org@fl:2-QA -m 'promote changes from fl:devel to fl:2-qa'

here it is rMooked against a 2-qa context,

from it, if proven stable it is promoted (:source and binaries) to fl:2
